San Miguel de Allende is one of the best preserved colonial jewels in Mexico: a unique city, internationally famous for being the headquarters of important art festivals, the lively ambience of its art galleries, bars, and restaurants, and its intense social and cultural life due to the especially large community of artists and foreign residents who have made this town warm and hospitable.
To pay tribute to the cosmopolitan and relaxed atmosphere of San Miguel de Allende, where beauty and art are a leitmotif, we have created Villas Acuarela: a peaceful residential complex designed to unite a distinguished colonial architectural tradition with modern 21st century comforts.

San Miguel de Allende  es una de las  joyas coloniales mejor conservadas de México: Es una  ciudad única, de  fama internacional , sede de importantes festivales artísticos, y con una variada e  intensa vida social y cultural, la cual es a su vez promovida por  artistas y extranjeros residentes que desde  hace años hallaron un hogar en este pueblo cálido y hospitalario.          Como  tributo al ambiente cosmopolita y a la vez relajado de San Miguel de Allende donde  la belleza y el arte son leit  motiv--, hemos creado Villas  Acuarela: un apacible conjunto residencial, que en su diseño  hermana la distinguida tradición arquitectónica Colonial y las modernas  comodidades del siglo XXI.
